Pamela has organized and presented at numerous events locally, nationally and internationally. Here, she is speaking at the Race (and Walk) to Stop the Silence in 2012. The Race was the result of research she designed and conducted with another professor (Bey Ling Sha, UMD). The Race DC took place for 10 years in the heart of DC and attracted more than 1,200 runners and walkers. Races and Walks have taken and still take place in various states and other countries. These events have provided major advocacy through media and on the streets to increase awareness about CSA.

In 2014, Pamela conducted a training in Cyprus for the Ministry of Education and Culture as a part of Stop the Silence programming, along with a partner organization, Survivors Healing Center in California. As a result of that and continued training and involvement, Cyprus has moved forward a holistic and comprehensive CSA prevention and mitigation program.
